It’s time for my favorite finds! Each month, I round up a mix of must-haves, little luxuries, and game-changing goodies I have been loving for myself, my kids, and our home. Whether it’s a cozy sweatshirt, a genius mom hack, or the perfect seasonal décor, these are the things that made my month a little brighter (and maybe more fun or functional, too!).

So, grab a cup of coffee or some tea, get comfy, and let’s dive into this month’s favorites!

Favorite Finds from January 2025

Gold Sparkle Joggers

i wore my gold sparkle pants to a NYE party and got lots of compliments on them! they are stretchy drawstring joggers with sequins all over and I love them. the only downside is that they don’t have pockets.

Miss Mouth’s Stain Treater

this stain treater is hands down my favorite out there! it works especially well on baby messes and any food stains (even berries!). and I recently used it this month to get some blue paint out of my son’s white sweatshirt 🙃 (pro tip: the key is to use the spray on wet areas and if it doesn’t clear the stain after the first wash, use it again before it ever goes into the dryer!)

Long Hooded Puffer Coat

i can’t say enough good things about this long hooded puffer coat! i get people asking me about it everywhere I go. it is seriously SO WARM, has fleece-lined pockets that are really deep, and a hood that stays up nicely, and it has a double zipper so you can open the bottom to get in and out of the car easier. the cuffed sleeves keep the cold out, and the material is waterproof, so any rain or snow just rolls right off without soaking in.

Quarter-Zip Sweatshirt

this thick quarter-zip sweatshirt is still one of my favorites and I grab for it often! i’m in a size large.

Mini Rechargeable Hand Warmers

these little mini hand warmers have been a GAME CHANGER for standing in the preschool pickup line with my toddler. they are the perfect size to have her hold and put inside of her coat pockets while we wait in the bitter cold weather of winter. 🥶 these hand warmers are magnetic, so they stick together when you’re not using them and they are each about the size of a canister of lipstick.

Fold-Down Puffy Snow Boots

i needed some new snow boots and really wanted some that would slip on easily - i’ve been loving these Sperry snow boots that also fold down so I can wear them as a “mini boot” or I can keep them up and tighten them at the top to keep any snow out. plus they are waterproof!

Charcuterie Board with Lid

get yourself a charcuterie board with a locking lid! it’s perfect for traveling with to your best friend’s house. easily to build your board at home and take it with you wherever you are headed.

Stackable Lego Organizer

i bought this organizer for my son’s small LEGO collection - I had the most fun organizing all of the pieces. i know it won’t stay organized like I had it, but it still brings me a little bit of sanity.

Travel Toddler Potty Seat

now that our daughter is potty trained, we take this little foldable potty seat with us in her backpack and use it whenever we are in public bathrooms. it’s been so helpful for her to feel more confident going to the bathroom outside of our home! i love that it folds up small into this little travel bag.

Portable Potty Seat with Foldable Legs

this has been another MUST-HAVE for us now that both kids are out of diapers - I keep this one in the car for any times that we don’t have quick or easy access to a bathroom. the fold-down legs make it easy to setup in the back of our minivan so they can use it as it’s own potty with the use of one of the potty seat liners that i’ve listed below.

Portable Potty Seat Liners

i keep these liners with our potty seat in the car so that I don’t have to worry about having any gross “buckets” that need to be cleaned out (‘cuz who has time to remember to take them inside AND get them back into the car??) love that it absorbs everything and then I can easily throw it out in the trash.

Winter Hearts Sweater

i couldn’t resist this adorable winter hearts sweater for Valentine’s Day. it’s a knit sweater that feels really high quality. i’m in a size large.

Filtered Humidifier

i will only use humidifiers with filters in our house because I don’t want to worry about mold growing and also don’t want to deal with always getting distilled water to use in the humidifiers. i have this large humidifier in 2 different rooms in my house and another style from the same brand that we use in my son’s room.

Smiley Face Beanie

my kids needed some new beanies that actually fit their heads and I thought this smiley face beanie was super cute - got this blue one and a purple one for each of the kids.

Knitted Braid Beanie

i bought this beanie for my daughter last year, but it has been a big hit this year - especially with her new-found love of Elsa and all things frozen and this beanie has long braids on the flaps just like Elsa ❄️😉

Valentine’s Mailboxes

i got these really cute mailboxes for the kids this year so they can write notes and leave cute trinkets for each other leading up to Valentine’s Day - I also plan to have my husband and I write encouragement notes for our kids and leave them in their mailboxes.

Gobidex Magnetic Blocks

these magnetic blocks are one of the big winners from this past year’s Christmas haul - my daughter loves building with these over and over. my son also has a set that looks more like standard Mario blocks.

Gospel Mom

i’ve just started this book - it’s been on my list for a while and I just got it from my husband. looking forward to reading!

The One Year Praying Through the Bible for Your Kids

this one was a gift for Christmas and it’s been on my list for a while - I’ve been loving reading through a new section of the Bible each day and reflecting on the devotional to go with it in helping to shape how I pray for my kids that day.

The Book with No Pictures

Eric visited Oliver’s preschool class recently to be their Mystery Reader (we didn’t tell Oliver and he was SO surprised when his dad showed up to class!) - I sent him in with this book, which has been one of my kids’ favorites, and the kids in his class loved it so much! it’s a big hit.
