September was all about embracing the cozy vibes of fall and staying organized as the new season began. I loved putting out my favorite fall door wreath, a perfect way to welcome the crisp autumn air. This month brought some exciting finds, like an adorable crochet-pocket sweatshirt for my daughter and the Skylight Calendar, which has been a game-changer for tracking our busy schedules—especially with my son's new preschool calendar and our family chore lists. I also found the perfect quarter-zip cropped sweatshirt for myself, along with practical items like plastic card cases for the kids' games. To top it all off, my husband and I ended the month with a music festival on the beach, where essentials like a one-pocket fanny pack, a waterproof blanket with a crossbody carry strap, a large refillable water bottle, and a portable phone charger made the experience even better. It was a fun and full month that went out with a bang!

August was a month full of family adventures and seasonal transitions. We kicked off with a memorable vacation in Williamsburg, VA, followed by a heartwarming family reunion in the Virginia mountains. To wrap up our summer of fun, we took the kids to Hersheypark for a day filled with excitement. My husband and I also managed to sneak away for a weekend trip to Baltimore, where we indulged in back-to-back baseball games. As summer faded, my excitement for the approaching fall led to some fantastic finds, from cozy apparel to practical travel accessories.

June is the month that feels like summer has truly arrived! We had our first family beach trip that was just the four of us and it was so fun! We went to Bethany Beach in Delaware (which is where we have been going ever since Eric and I got married!) and we love it there. The kids are at a fun age to really enjoy the beach, the waves, and sleeping in new environments. This month has been all about highlighting more of my beach favorites and summer finds to help keep you cool! May started out as a fairly “low-key” month for us at home - lots of playtime in our backyard, continuing to make updates to our gardens and play areas for the kids. April was such a fun month - we surprised our kids with a new puppy and have been spending a lot of time in our backyard adding flowers, building raised garden beds and a new shed, and creating a fun stone/dirt digging pit for the kids.

Goodness, February sure was a doozy! My daughter was sick from an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that she was taking, and that week of symptoms felt like an entire month itself and then ended with both my daughter and my husband getting a stomach bug. So like I said… it was a doozy of a month! Despite feeling like half of the month had me down in a hole taking care of the kids, there were still some fun and sweet moments throughout February and a few favorite things that we really enjoyed!

It’s been a while since I’ve shared some of my favorite finds, but the start of a new year felt like a good time to jump back in! It feels like January was a never-ending month with the end of the holiday season, the super cold weather, several snow days, and a couple of rounds of sickness in our house. We also had our SUV parked out front of our house and it got hit by a police car (crazy story!), which resulted in it being a write-off from insurance and needing to do some car shopping. But it was also my birthday month and feels like we ended the month with a lot of really fun memories as a family.
