It’s already the middle of January, which means I’m starting to think about grabbing a few things for Valentine’s Day next month! I know my son is only two and baby girl is still on the way, but I would love to start creating traditions with my kids to remind them how special and loved they are during this time each year.

Oliver and Aunt Julie

One thing that I do already know for this year is that my husband and I have our small group Bible Study on the Monday night of Valentine’s Day, and it’s a “kid-free” night, which means we will need to make sure to get a babysitter. So I reached out to my sister to see if she was available and would want to hang out with Ollie man that night. As of now, she’s planning to be here, so I’m on a mission to create a fun little Valentine’s Dinner for the two of them that I will set up that day and have ready for them when she comes over to hang out for the evening! My son really loves all of his aunties, but gets to see this one almost once a week when she comes over to watch him while I work, so it will be an extra special Valentine’s Date for the two of them.

I’m still working on figuring out exactly what I want Valentine’s Day to look like in our home for my children, but since I’ve been browsing for some cute Valentine’s Day decorations, cards, and treats, I wanted to share my favorite finds with you all!

Valentine's Day Decorations

Valentine’s Decor

I found some great Valentine’s Decor at Target and Potterybarn and rounded up a few of my favorites! There are table decorations, paper plates and napkins, paper cups, throw pillows, wall decor, serving trays, and more!

Valentine's Day Cards, Valentine's Day Mailboxes, and Valentine's Day Favors

Valentine’s Cards

There are SO many places where you can find cheap cards for exchanges that you need for your kids’ party events at school or daycare, so I’m just sharing a few that work well for toddlers. There are valentine’s cards for toddlers, cute mailboxes for holding valentines, or other little party favors that would be super cute in a valentine’s mailbox or gift bag.

Valentine's Treats, Valentine's Candy, Valentine's Snacks for Toddlers

Valentine’s Treats

I certainly wasn’t going to include every possible option for Valentine’s candy or snacks in this section, so I just rounded up some great snack options that are good for toddlers, some candy that is always popular to share for Valentine’s day and a few other fun treats for Valentine’s Day.
